Should States set a criteria to qualify stallions and mares to participate in their breeding program (6 Comments)
With the recent success of VLT's in generating much needed revenue, it is apparent that these same State's are improving their respective breeders awards programs to build interest in thoroughbred racing and breeding. Will this in turn ruin racing?
