This page outlines the process and cost to post and manage listings during and after the sale.

Our website has easy to use templates to offer thoroughbred horses, stallion seasons, stallion shares, racehorse shares, memorabilia, equine items, horse properties and more. Listings may be at a fixed price or in an eBay styled auction format.

Aside from our "pay per listing" format, we offer "Pay One Price" seller plans.


Listing Fees/Options
Commission Free listings (up to 60 days) are $49.95 and include unlimited free re-listings until the horse is sold.
Commission based listings (up to 60 days) are $19.95 plus a 5% commission due after the listing is sold.
Real Estate Classified listings - Sell horse properties and offer race track rentals for just $19.95 for a 60 day listing

Horse Seller Subscription Plans include :

Unlimited free listings and re-listings to offer your horses for sale (stallion seasons are not included).

A Sellers homepage with unique web address and admin panel

All pictures, video, and document uploads are free.

Seller's may list in either an e Bay like online auction format, or in a traditional classified setting at no extra charge.

Online invoicing and store-like management seller tools

Preferred Seller $25/Month or $200/Year - Commissions on sales invoiced at 5%.

Select Seller is $40/Month or $350/Year - Commissions on sales invoiced at 2.5%

Listing Your First Item

You must be a registered member of the Once you are registered and have a valid password, click the List Item Link found in the Selling Tools menu on every page.

Before you can list your first item, you will either need to have an active membership plan in place, or you will be prompted to pay for individual listings before they will appear on our website.

Featured Listings

When listing your items you may opt to feature the listing on the home page of The fee for featuring a listing is $2.00

Items are listed in your members area through the List Item form.

When Your Auction Ends:

When your listing has ended notices are sent out to winning bidders immediately. When all of your auctions have ended, or your buyer has completed their buying, you can send a combined invoice through the Checkout system. To do this, follow the link provided in the Sold Item email, or use the Sales Tracker in your members area.

Sales Tracker/Invoice Area

Any listings that are sold and not invoiced can be found in the Sales Tracker. In this area you can see which sales need to be invoiced. Once an invoice has been sent you can access invoices for sending notices and leaving feedback in the Invoices for Sales section.


Listings may be relisted once it is over and notices have been sent. From the My Listings menu choose one of the Closed Auctions links. You may view your sold and unsold auctions here, and relist in groups or individually.

Seller Tools:

The Seller Tools section of the Members Area contains additional tools to help you mamage your listings.
