With the recent success of VLT's in generating much needed revenue, it is apparent that these same State's are improving their respective breeders awards programs to build interest in thoroughbred racing and breeding. Will this in turn ruin racing?

We have been recently advised of a NYTB newsletter outlining "Important concept from committee of the New York Breeding & Development Fund"and a subsequent letter outlining clarifications. Is this the end of the road for this program?
