Shipping
The WTBOA will provide the buyer's information to the stallion owner upon completion of the auction. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the farm to understand any fees that may or may not be listed in this auction. A stallion service certificate will be provided to the mare owner from the stallion owner upon payment in full of all board, veterinarian, or other services. It is the mare owner's responsibility to contact the stallion owner to receive the stallion service certificate. |
Payment
Payments for stallion seasons are due immediately after the auction, via check or credit card. All buyers must be a WTBOA member. If you are not a member, $75 will be added to your total (shown as the Shipping charge). Or if you prefer to receive all rights and benefits of a full WTBOA membership (https://washingtonthoroughbred.com/application-for-membership/), you may pay the "early bird" fee of $130 (instead of $75) for the upcoming year. If you are currently a WTBOA member, you may delete the $75 Shipping charge. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% handling fee, which will be added to your invoice.
